To further our commitment to excellence, we have expanded our operations to include a Pan India in-house setup of 60 dedicated seats for Kotak Mahindra Bank, unique to the Delhi NCR region. Additionally, our HR and Admin Department is bolstered by highly skilled trainers and meticulous housekeeping staff. Each of our workstations is equipped with a dedicated dialer line to improve communication accuracy and efficiency, in line with the latest RBI guidelines for customer interaction and data security.
Our expansive office space is equipped with state-of-the-art computers, internet access, and premium job search capabilities, ensuring a productive environment for our desk staff. The comprehensive dialer setup at each workstation now includes a recording facility, which aligns with our goal of enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
